can anyone advise/help me here.
Have a 115bhp mercury with with a mercury remote control unit.
Control unit puts engine into gear fine however to get any sort of increased rpm from idle, the throttle handle needs to be rotated to about 80 degrees and then maxes out at 90 degress. I dont think Im getting full WOT as the tacho only reads 5000 rpm.
Could anyone advise me how to set this up correctly as the amount of travel it takes to increase the rpm seems strange/not right to me
