Mercury 115 coil question

Hey, I have a 1970 115 merc and need a new coil. In looking up numbers, I Am confused on what coil will work for mine. Is there any difference between the early 70's and mid to late 70's coils. Im guessing it has something to do with mine being thunderbolt ignition. Any info would help. Thanks, John.

Does your coil look like this? I sold one to Gomer80 and I don't think he's using it.
