Its on page 66 and should have the decal on cowl. Not rocket science, pump up bulb, pull choke. pump primer button 3 or 4 times and rip stater rope. Just like a chainsaw.

The motor doesn't have that decal on upper cowl or on any other place. Will try that starting procedure. Thanks.

So the correct startup procedure is as follows: Connect both fuel connectors sides fully in tank and motor. Open the tank's air vent if using a Standard non EPA fuel tank.

1-Prime bulb with arrow pointing up till firm. 2-Pull the manual choke 2 detent stops out. 3-Prime primer button 3-4 times. 4-Pull rope hard till motor starts. 5-Once started push choke knob in one detent stop. 6-Once warmed up, push the choke knob full in. 7-Gear F or R fom N and throttle to desired speed. Is this the first morning startup procedure ?

What about when the motor has cooled for say 2-3 full hours after running at speed. Must steps 1 to 6 be applied again ?
