can anyone tell me the torque for the head bolts on a Mercruiser 470 3.7 1977?

head bolts. 55,90, 130ft/lbs(final) and in this EXACT PATTERN

Correct info. ALSO......very important to bring engine to operating temp, then let cool . THEN, retorque to 130 ft/lbs. The manual cautions against not performing this final retorque.

manual also explains how to properly align the head to the block.
failure can cause oil leaks or intake manifold breakage.
