Mercruiser Prop

I have a 1988 Mercruiser Alpha One 2.5L 120HP. The prop is chewed up and needs to be replaced. I'm not sure of the pitch or diameter. Can anyone help?

There should be some numbers somewhere. If you can't see them on the outside of the hub, they may be covered by prop hardware. If the damage isn't too severe it may be rebuildable.

If you can't get the numbers off of it, your local prop shop should be able to tell you what it is.
