My boat has run into a couple issues today primarily with it overheating.

Engine starts running hot after awhile as the temps start going past 180 deg.

After awhile my thermostat starts making clicking noises.

The manifolds seem to be cool, haven't checked all the hoses yet.

Any idea?

I'm with Bond-o, those pre Gen 2 pumps need to be in PERFECT condition as they are not a terribly high volume pump...

i guess 175hp shocks me too out of a 302c.i. i'm a ford guy and love the 5.0liter in my stang and 4.6 liter in my f150. i learn new stuff every day. but i also love my 5.7liter chevy motor in my boat.
