Hello To Everyone.
Just Bought A 1995 Stingray 556 18' With A 3.0 Mercruiser And Alpha 1. Im Just Interested What Should Be My Top Speed, My Water Temp, And My Oil Pressure? I Am New To This Engines, Thanks Alot Guys

I have all most the same boat and mine tops out @ 40mph

I have an 02 3.0L Mercruiser/ Stingray 180LX and did 44 the other day. But the warmer it gets the slower it will be.

My 95 171/2 Ray tops out @ about 40. But thats with the best conditions very clean hull, new prop(no damage) flat water and trimmed up to about 3/4. And if you search the forums you'll see thats about all the 3.0l/LX'S will achieve. My temp runs just about 140 and my oil pressure is around 35 to 45 psi give or take?
