Merc 60hp 2 stroke identification

Hi everyone I have this mercury 60hp that I just got on my new boat. Can anyone help identifying the year as well as the serial number? Im looking for new new lower unit plug washers for the gear oil screws. Thanks.

Thank you very much I assume the 2.5hp 2 stroke merc i have is a 1991 too as they have the same design. Could you help me identifying the serial number for this 2.5hp I am looking for a lower unit drain plug washer for it as well.
