OK, So I replace the entire Head with a rebuilt one. New gaskets and the whole deal. It runs Great now. It appears that a previous owner fixed the coolant leak on the cam shaft. No Prolem there. So here is the Deal. Part of this is my own stupidity... Im sure everyone is familiar with the "Sterndrives.com" Diagram of the Cam shaft/Water Pump covers. Look at the picture and the arrow pointing at the "weep hole". Yea, I now know that this is NOT the weep hole but the cooling pump drain plug. So I removed the plug as directed. The drain on my engine must have had some gunk in it because it ran for quite a while and NO Collant came out at all. OK, As you might expect, eventually what ever was pluging the hole came out and yup the pump pumped all of the collant into the bildge and yes the motore got hot. I noticed it right away and was less then a minute fromt the trailer. All of that is fixed now. So here is the issue.... I have a coolant drip running down the port side of the block. Run the boat hard at 40 mph and after a minute there is 1 or 2 drops running down the side of the block in front of the starter. Not coming from the riser, dont think it is the manifold and im pretty sure it was doing this before it got hot. Yes, I retorqued the head bolts. Anyone seen anything like this?

There is a block drain plug there. It might be hiding behind one of the hoses from the exchanger, you could check to see if that is leaking.
