merc 135 catches on fire!

So the 86 merc 135 I bought was running great the first few times I had it out. Then it decides to start an electrical fire. Any ideas why? How much will this repair cost? Thanks

Ill guess and say the repair will cost about $22,000 or so. Them electrical fires are pretty wicked.

Be sure to have them replace your flux capacitor also while they are in there. Those get pretty hot if i remember correctly.

















On a serious note tho, your question is so vague that i couldnt help but be a sarcastic idiot....

Post some details about the wiring burnt and take a few pictures then expect a serious answer....
