Maxum 1800 SR Ski Hook is Loose

I am in need of help! The ski hook on my maxum 1800sr is loose and I am not able to access the tighting bolts from the engines compartment nor from the rear storage compartment. What is the trick to fix this issue?

how come you cant get behind it?.....

any bow hook, cleat or anything that has to support stress has a backing plate of some sort behind it.....ya gotta be able to get in there....

can ya post pics?
