max ram extension

Hi:
I have 86 thompson,( junk yard dog) for 350 engine & outdrive.
upper leg has # 0A86863222 4"x 4.5 top cover no lifting eye.
I have replaced trim position & trim limit switches. I do not have trailer/out button on control.
I have morse control,with trim & tilt on either side of handle.
My question is there a limit switch,that keeps outdrive from raising too high.
Is there a lenght for max ram extenison.

No tilt limits, only trim. The drive can be raised to the full length of the trim rams.
