Got my new to me 1978 mercury 200 20hp up and running it goes but lack power! When I got it I had to rebuilt my carb did a compression test both test out at 120 psi and a spark test it was fine. Had out on lake Erie for a test run, full throttle push 2 full grown men at top speed of 10 k should I chEck out something else in the outboard? What is it suppose to be at top speed?
