G. in M.<br /><br />3. 57 = H. V.<br /><br />4. 64 = S. on a C.<br /><br />5. 1 = W. on a U.<br /><br />6. 3 = B. M.(S.H.T.R.)<br /><br />Good luck and look forward to the answers.
