Live on a lake I do not leave the fish/ski boat in during the week. I figured out the perfect launch back down put in the plug grab the 20' rope anchor it on the cleat, string the rope on the gunnel, unhook the chain and strap back in boat floats off the trailer no snags I pull up park the truck walk to the dock pull the rope get in and go. No help needed easy as pie. I don't even get wet feet or need to take the phone out of the pocket.

I can see how that would work good.
There is a FB vid showing up of a guy filming one to grab the cleat. Did note there is a guy on the dock filming it so if it didn't go right they could do it again :ROFLMAO:

It's relatively quick and easy if you figure it all out ahead of time, maybe practice a couple of times, and hope for no wind/current to work against you.

I've seen lots of guys connect a 20' rope to the bow, push the boat off from the trailer and walk it to the dock and tie it off, then put the 20' of rope back in their truck, park it and come back.
