hi guys i have a 84-86 not sure exact year mariner 115 outboard bought boat and started motor today and did not have constant stream of water from telltale i do have water coming out then it quits so i shut it off in fear that i would cook the motor is this normal ? also is there a way to give this motor throttle when starting i had a evinrude that had a high idle lever on controls i cannot find anything to do this on the controls for this motor
