Mariner 175 V6

Hey All !
looking for some place to find some info on my Outboard
Its a 175 V6 2 stroke oil injected.
I'm wanting to buy a new fuel pump & spark plugs for it but i cant find any info on what year it is by searching the serial # OB229662.
Anyone able to point me in the right direction .

My best guess is a 1987 model.-----A Mercury dealer would order parts using that serial #

stamped BUILD date... look on tha block.. just to tha right of tha block half flange at tha base of number 2 cylinder.. will be kinda right behind tha "bend" in tha timin' arm in tha picture.. m/d/yr in 1/8 inch numbers.. might be hard ta see but it is there.
