I can't believe how cheap some of these prices are. My lake is about $4k a year for a 24' slip and you have buy your own canopy and canvas. The city I live in owns slips for up to 26' boats, IF you're a resident AND you win the lottery they have (which cost $100 to enter) you get the privilege of paying $3,900 a year to use it, not covered.

Haha, tell me about it. My slip is 180/ft for the season (May to October) in upstate NY. That's over $5K a season for my boat and there are some places on the lake that are up to $220/ft. We do have unmetered electric, bathrooms, showers, and free pump out.
