luwer unit

i have a 1993 everude outboard engine, an the lower unit at prop is leaking a little milky oil ,does the seal need replacing , an can i do at ? an can i find a viedo on how ?

sounds more like its just unburnt fuel oil mix. but check the gear oil for water intrusion
