Lube maintance question

hi all, last year I didn’t have the right grease(I think it was Lucas all purpose grease) and I put it in all the zerk fittings on the engine. Should’ve just waited to get from Yamaha but any ways now the grease is really black and cruddy looking, I see the new Yamaha blue grease coming out but some areas seem clogged and hardened up.its not fully penetrating. Is there any way to get the old grease out. With having the non marine grease in there can it cause damage? Also in the pic I have what are those zerk fittings feeding the grease to. And the 2nd pic I didn’t see a fitting to get grease around the tube?Thanks for the help

Any grease is good.---So just put the Yamaha stuff in there now and go fishing.----No worry.
