Lowrance Depth Meter

My OEM lowrance in my 1995 Four Winns Horizon 200 shows a depth, but it is constantly fluctuating and is obviously not accurate since it will show values of 400 and 500 feet. I have my rear bulk head out, and access to my transducer. Has anyone had experience working with these devices? Thank you,

You don't say what model head unit you have. Go to there web site. They have an update for certian models with a depth issue not reading correct. It is a free download. If not call there service number and they will help you out or walk you through the issue.
