i have a 1987 force and i tried everything to get it off please help

Need a little more info. Have you take all of the bolts out from the underside of the cavitation plate? Tell us how far you have gotten, and then maybe we can help

did you take out the bolt under the trim tab;and remove the cotter pin from the shift rod.
