Lower unit question...

I have a 96 50hp johnson 2cylinder. Does anyone know if lower units from other engines will work with mine? For instance will a lower unit from a johnson 70hp work with my 50hp power head?

Look in the "Top Secret File" at the top of the page, I think there is a interchange chart there.

1994 and up will work in the following hp's only, 40/48/50.....
