Lower unit drain/fill washers - Mercury 9.9 2-stroke

Can anyone give me the part number or a link to the washers that go on the lower unit oil fill/drain screws for a early 2000 model Mercury 9.9 HP 2-stroke? I've looked and looked, and I can't seem to find them.

Would these work for a 1987 9.9 as well? I've read O.E. was a 'fiber' washer, thanks
