Lower unit compatibility

I'm in need of a replacement lower unit for my 1970 Johnson 85 horse. I found someone who has a 1972 Johnson 100 horse. Both of these lowers are electric shift. Will this lower unit fit? Does anyone know if the drive shaft mates up the same?
