Lower aft access to hull for hole repair

Hello, I an relocating my fishing/depth finder on my Bayliner 185. I want to plug the old screen holes with JB Weld from the inside but there doesn't seem to be any way to access the lower corner of that area in the engine bay. When I first removed the screws, there was alot of water that drained out, which tells be this cavity is not draining to the center of the hull to drain out of the main aft center drain. Is this area completely closed off from all access?

Drill the holes out larger, then fill with Marine-Tex epoxy
Sand and then cover with Gelcoat

As Kev pointed out.

you have trapped water in the transom.

you can see the freeze bust about 6" up from the transducer holes.

Ya, that's not good. Hope the damage isn't gone to far. Jb isn't a proper repair. Following along to see what you do next.

UR trapping water??? U can use a shop vac to suck some of the water out. If, after a day it keeps dripping out of screw holes. Try drilling a few limber holes and pray very little comes out.
