Who won?
Not me... Just checked the last number on the ticket.
Who won?
Well we won $16.00
Well we won $16.00
could anyone of us possibly use $900m? seriously, i doubt there would be much change in my life between $20m and $900m. doubt i could spend 10% of that in my life.
..... But, "somebody(s)" got to win...I am not going to buy any tickets knowing my chances are as good as 100 of millions of others. ZERO! Statistical Probabilities prove that your changes of winning are less then your chances of getting hit by lightening in a snow storm in Florida in the middle of summer.
..... But, "somebody(s)" got to win...
WIMUSKY, you are certainly correct. but thus far nobody has. But you are correct. somebody will but obviously the overwhelming majority won't. But don't take my opinion as anything but just that. I am certainly not complaining about others playing. That is a personal issue and I am okay with that as well. I honestly hope you and everybody else that are on these forms do win. But don't stop coming on here if you do. :thumb:
I have to ask because while I was in a pool when I was still working with other co-workers, we use to purchase tickets with everybody chipping in. But we never won anything. But really isn't a mere $1 million dollar jack pot actually more advantageous to winning then something like this $1 Billion jackpot? I mean when it is merely a million there are not so many players, so your odds are greater then with a 1 billion jack pot. Or do I have that incorrect? :noidea:
I've often wondered if you could have a blind trust claim the ticket. Then you could hire a few trustworthy people to act as a shield and take care of business.
That's where the lawyers come into the picture. A ticket holder claims winnings, not a ticket buyer. The holder can be the law firm of Dewey, Cheatum and Howe representing a trust.
