you apparently have the correct gear ratio, but your borderline underpowered for a 19 foot boat and you're going to need a lower pitch prop for that engine to have enough power to push that boat when it's loaded to the gills with people and stuff.
I run a different prop during the summer when I'm hauling a boat full of teenagers wakeboarding and slkiing, than I do in the winter or off season when it's usually just me and maybe one person making time...
