it was a beautifull day to be out on the lake today, i went to drop my toon off to put it on a slip and it was just plain nice so i went for a ride, and tough ill try out the new prop, pulled up to a bank , and waded around to the back , 85 degree water 87 degree air broke out the tools and lifted up the motor took the nut lose and very carfully took off the nut and back thrust warsher and tuened to put them up , and hear a splash and yep you guessed it , the motor droped, and a hour later of looking no front thrust warsher i was lucky enough to have some flat warshers big enough to fit around the shaft and put it back together, and being as it was the front one i had a long slow idle in reverse back to the ramp , but man was it ever a nice day out and a quick trip to the shop for a new one , and its back in working order , no damage to the prop or LU in reverse thier is no pressure on the motor or LU
