This comes from the State of Victoria I believe (Melbourne area).
I also understand it was happening a lot when their temps went well over 45C (over 113F) for those weeks.
Story goes, the Koala actually stopped them, and approached the 1st guy quite persistantly.
Bit like one of your Eagles landing on your shoulder and giving you a nudge "hey mate, could ya give us a drink...I'm dying of thirst".

That's a divider to seperate pedestrian and vehiclular traffic.

That's also a very desperate animal. For a wild animal to approach humans is EXTREMELY unusual. I'm glad the guys helped it out. But then again, that's what us Ozzies are known for...;)

Been all around this great big old world, and the only two country's I would ever live in is the USA or Australia. The best people in the world live in these two countrys. They have never started a war for there own gain, but have helped out anyone who has asked that needs it. I salute you Aussie's.

I'll add Canada to your list. USA first, Canada second, and Australia third.

Not to diss. Australia just all my family here.

Canada a neighbor like no other, like a right hand, and we should never do anything as a country to get in the way of our friendship, a model to the rest of the world how neighbors should behave to each other.

I never met a person from Australia i didn't like. In Fl recently there was a family i met, i invited them to come to NJ, gave them my number and asked them to look us up when they do visit the NY area.
