Lock/Unlock lever 40hp 40RL71G

How many bends are in the lock / unlock lever ? The bends are slight. It seems as though it doesn't want to move much and does little when pulling the spring loaded locking device.

1) Can someone tell me if the lever looks bent
2) Is the spring mechanism in the right position and order
3) Where doe the big round end of spring go?

A picture would be appreciated.

The only picture I have is not very clear. It was taken to answer another question. But I believe your bends are normal.

Thanks mate!

The bolt is a bit worn in the general area of the lever and really is in effective because I can't get the pull length on the lower lock when pushing the tab lever. You photo certainly ads clarity.
