load rite trailer

I have a load rite boat trailer with rollers intead of boards and the pivot arms the rollers are on, ease into all kind of crazy positions when you off load, would some type of grease on the pivot points keep them in line better to reload or is it a live and learn.

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,... I think it's like my Ez-loader,...

There's supposed to be plastic bearing blocks to torque the arms against, which allows some movement, but no floppin' 'round...

Grease won't work, 'n will probably be worse...

I have a load rite and the arms are floppy, but they flop back into place when the boat hits them. Straightens the boat right out; I don't even have guides. But I also NEVER sink the trailer; the axle stays dry. That's the purpose and design.
So maybe your floppy arms aren't working b/c you are in too deep.

Same way with my Spartan roller. At times they flatten out while parking but once the bow is between them they normally go right into place. On occasion I'll have to push back out and realign them but not often.

the boat is a 18 ft wellcraft center console with a 125 mercury should we wench the boat on or drive it on we"ve only loaded it 3 times, I"ve tried it with the trailer at different depts and the deeper is the easyest so far but we havent tried wenching yet, as we also have a 14 ft alum with a small mercury on it and its easy to load any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Personally I always winch mine on but then again 98% of the time the ramp is to shallow to even think of driving on.
