listing on plane

I have a friend who has a chapparal 270 signature cruiser and when is up on plane it lists to the starboard everytime . the only thing I can think is

27 ft cruiser , 8,6 beam topheavy ? even the tabs wont correct it ????

Dual or single drives? Has he replaced one of the drives? Has he checked the hull for damage or rotted stringers? Has he checked that the trim tabs are actually working under load?

Is the list only present while underway?

Only when he's the only one in the boat?

its an 2006 8.1 volvo dp . only when its under way . allready tried weight
