Leftover parts…

After a 2+ year journey in rebuilding my ‘02 5.0 GL-C it’s finally back in the boat and I’m putting the finishing touches on electrical, coolant, and accessory hook ups. I’ve got just about everything tightened up and torqued down and I came across these 2 items in my parts bin. One just looks like an oversized washer, but the other is obviously a sizable spacer. All my accessory belts seem lined up correctly with their corresponding pulleys so i don’t think I’m missing any spacers in there. I’ve gone through all my pics and can’t find where these came off so I’m at a loss. Any idea where they go? Thanks!

Kind of like. "Can you name this Tune, from only One Note?"

Have you looked at the Parts Diagrams and Lists for potential locations?

Yeah, so far no joy but I’ll keep at it. I think the smaller one might be for the power steering pump because it does look a little crooked now that I checked again. The larger one I’m still clueless on.

Raw water pump seems to be on there ok, don’t remember there being a spacer there. The little one was definitely for one of the power steering pump brackets. Is there any chance the large spacer was used to secure the fuel pump? Look
at the second pic to see what a PITA that second bolt is to secure. I’ve tried various swivel/extension combos and I just can’t get it tightened. I guess that spacer could have been a giant washer for that spot? Doesn’t seem right though.

Here's your fuel system in that area, https://www.volvopentastore.com/Fue...on_id.360284060--store_id.366--view_id.790323

Because of the 2 colors (Red and Blackish?) and the bushing being Red it should fit closer the engine block being it's red when painted before adding additional accessories thereafter.

Turns out it was a spacer bushing for my aftermarket heat exchanger bracket. For the sake of the archive it was an Orca Marine #500577, I've attached the instruction manual below which has photos in case someone else comes across this issue.... disregard apparently the file is too large to attach. If anyone comes across this and needs it feel free to message me and I'll email it over.
