Leaky SyTen Hydraulic Steering

Found this link on the SyTen hydraulic steering, the link to Comcast has expired witht he fix Richard used. Any help? Would like to repair the leak versus replacing the entire unit. 1980 SeaRay v-270, dual station, twin Merc v-8. Thx, Ted

Asking for help in a 7+ year old thread won't get you any help. Gave you a new thread so you might get help.

Probably the only way to go is tear the helm apart and see if there is an O-ring failing on the steering shaft.
