leaking water/oil ? from outdrive help

help, i have no idea what i am doing i have some pics where it is leaking a white like water/oil mix but what is it and what do i need to do to repair. please anybody help

You have a torn u-joint bellows. What you are seeing is water mixing in with grease & leaking from the rip. The drive has to come off, gimbal bearing & possibly u-joints replaced. Plus the bellows. Get a shop manuel if u plan on doing the work yourself.
