I have a konrad outdrive that i am selling and I have a Question.
The outdrive is off the boat. If i turn the shaft at the top of the outdrive should my prop shaft be turning?

Konrads makes a fine drive, hard to believe some people don't know who they are...
anyway, to answer the OP's question...
Yes, if you have the PRS drive the prop shaft should turn when the driveshaft turns.
