That's true about the motivation and reward. I do use rewards. I just wanted to mention that there is a difference in idle threats and actual threats. I use a reward system with my kids. I also have put boot to tail when needed though. I then mention that sometimes just taking away rewards is not enough to get someones attention.<br /><br />I might try and read that book you mention JB. Although I don't listen to well to those subjects.
