Kauai, Hawaii????

Learned that I am headed here the middle of August for a week. My wife and my mother are dragging me along ... so, anyone know where the "manly" things are there while the ladies are shopping? Best fishing, kayaking, boating, etc????

I think it would be mighty "manly" to accompany your lovely wife and mom while they are shopping! Someone has to carry all the packages!

The first time my wife dragged me to hawaii, I thought like you there was nothing for a guy to do there. Boy was I wrong. There is so much to do and see, you will not be able to do it in a week or two. there is the grand canyon of hawaii, many golf courses, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, beaches with the best looking babes in the world. Pick up a advertising mag or go on line and punch in this week in kaui. discounts galore and plenty of things to do. zip lines,dinner cruises, snorkeling, kayaking ect. I have been back 20+ times to all the Islands. Would like to live there part time.

Lucky you, I get to go to Rockton IL in August for re-certification. A friend of mine said his best thing there was the helicopter rides and the babes of course ...Have fun

Pics will be coming after I get settled in. Had an AWESOME time. Kauai has to be the best of the islands ... very little commercialization, the sidewalks are rolled up at 9pm! About 2/3 of the island is National Forest ... lots to do, hunting, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, and general sightseeing. I kept the ladies so busy traveling around the island they didn't realize we weren't stopping to shop! About the only time they had to shop was when I was visiting the Fire Stations! LOL!

GREAT TIME! Even got to do a little boating while there ... just no time for fishing - this time. Will schedule that in when my wife and I head over for an anniversary trip in the near future.
