USS Massachusetts in Fall River Mass.
I go by it every time I take the boat out. It's really quite a feeling when you pull up next to it in a 21' boat. It's just massive and so strong looking!
I've gone by the USS IOWA in LA harbor a couple times. It's amazing how small it looks from the pool deck of the Golden Princess cruise ship.

Lol. Yes but the cruise ship is fluff, mot tough!
Those cruise ships are just massive. They pull into Newport all the time. They're great to fish near in a strong wind, they flatten the sea and wind right down. Like being behind a landmass

No cruise or war ships here, just 1000' ore carriers. I go up and slap the hulls in my 16' fishing boat...

This might be better in the random thread?

Theres a mailbox on our road , brick, that is a tad close to the road. In spec but still close. When you pass oncoming traffic they always freaked out and push you off the pavement to avoid hitting them.

This saturday a kid took it out. In the tenth mile from the intersection they estimated he was about 60 mph. The top half of the brick structure was about 20 feet away. The car was about five feet away. On its roof.
