Wow, that looks really great. I picked up a Texas Maid Fiesta a few years ago with the intention of rebuilding like this. Got as far as finding a trailer to fit it and pulling up the floor and the rotted transom. Then we had kids and I never got around to working on it. I'll probably get rid of it this summer as I don't foresee having time to mess with it in the near future.

Bottom line is I'm envious that you have yours in the water and are enjoying it!

Well, don't let it go to the scrappers! List it on CL and then give us a heads up so it finds a new home.

Trust me, when the kids get old enough they will want to ride in the boat. do not wait as long as I did. stick with it.
