Jon boat factory green paint restoration

I have a 16 ft lowe big jon that sat in the sun for many years. The paint is heavily oxidized and is the original factory green. Any tips on removing the oxidation to get the paint looking good again? Ive been searching forums and am only finding complete paint removal or polishing fiberglass boats. I do not intend on repainting the boat.

Mine is like that also. I don't see any way of fixing what's there. I will strip or clean it well and prime paint it at some point in my life. As is it works fine and I don't have to worry about banging it up at the dock
