Johnson lower unit year range

Looking for a lower unit for a 2005 Johnson 90hp outboard. I was wondering what year and horspower range lower unit's will fit the motor. I heard that anything from a 1978- will work. Can anyone give me some info?

I beleave there is an interchange chart in the "Top Secret File", maybe it will help you out.
