johnson 90 fuel problem ?

motor idals and runs, can't get above3500 rpm .changed filtersfrom tank and inline filter.is their other filters inline that i should know about

There is a "filter/screen" in the fuel pump and you may consider cleaning the carbs to.

is it in fuel pump or inline filter ,because it dose have a inline filter,

check the nozzle washers in the carbs
