johnson 4HP question!!

is a 1978 johnson 4 HP supposed to pee in the water like bigger engines?put my motor on muffs and didnt see any peeing going on or where water would come out of.

No pee hole water spits out of the 8 slots down on the leg. No spitting water check the water pump.

Try putting it in a barrel with lots of water depth. You should see a mist of water coming out with exhaust out the back holes just under the cowl. Best of luck. Rick.
