Johnson 40hp Electramatic ID

Hi, I cant find an ID tag on this motor. I believe it to be mid 60's.
Where should it be? Thanks

check your stern brackets on the sides or depending on the yr it could be just below the front of the mtr on top of the stern bracket. There's also a core plug on the cyl block about the size of a quarter which should have it.
