Jack-Plate Hydraulic Cylinder Help

I have a Johnson 225 High Output engine paired with a Jack-Plate. One of the hydraulic cylinders is leaking.
Does anyone know of a company that refurbishes these cylinders, or builds new ones from the current specs?

That's part of the problem. It came with the boat, and there are absolutely no markings on it.
