Hey folks I am at a loss. Got this motor with a boat last summer and I can not get any spark. Before the plugs. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Kill switch on the end of the tiller.----Do you have that plastic key in there ??

^+1. little red knob has to be pulled out by clip. Check ignition col wiring for continuity. The power pack on your model is under the flywheel, and subject to failure from overheating -- not the first place to look, but something to keep in mind.
