J200 not running properly

Just rebuilt my j200tdexr is running strong.shut the motor for awile then start it will sometimes stall,or bogg down,or take right off.any suggestions

Try pumping the bulb before firing it back up to fill the bowls with cold fuel.

Also try letting it idle a few minutes before shutting it off, watch the temp guage to see if its cooling down at idle. Could just be heat soak.
