Here's my recent new "old" boat.
It's an 18' Glassmaster 800 XED Tarpon equipped with the original fine running 165 Mercruiser L6. Got er' for only $500.

Stratocaster- I live in Powell River and used to work at fish farms between Hardy Island and Sechelt Inlet. Try shooting the Skookumchuck yet?8)

Hey Tas, that first one looks like a venerable Lone Star, built in the great state of Texas about 50 years ago. 8)

Mark, it is truely a 14' lone star, w/ 55 15hp rude. i think the boats is around a 1960, haven't been able to pin it any closer. found covered with weeds & vines, left some of the finger roots under the gunnel for old time sake. heres a couple of more pick remote control and ezguide stick steering. boy its FUN.

it was built in Plano. full shots in the lonestar forum.

This is my first boat and it has been challenging for me, New switchbox, crack in hull, but it's a great boat and motor for being 30 years old. Not a lot of bells and whistles (which I prefer), but have had a lot of fun on it.
